This listing is for a PacSafe anti-theft messenger bag in excellent used condition. No signs of use that I can find. Bag has exo-mesh to protect against being cut open. The strap has a combination lock (combination included with bag, of course) that locks the strap to the bag and can secure main zippers. The padded laptop sleeve is removable. As can be seen in the pictures, the bag is trimmed with reflective edging--the flash for the pictures really lights the edging. The ends of the bag also have reflective patches. When new, this bag cam with a small wrench which can be used to remove the shoulder strap--this wrench is NOT included with this sale, but any standard adjustable wrench will work just fine if you decide to remove the strap. One end of the strap is attached with the combination lock. The other end is attached with a quick link chain connector -- this is what will require a wrench to remove. It appears that PacSafe no longer makes a messenger bag, so this item is rare.
